No worries

I once read that the Dalai Lama said, “If the problem can be remedied then there is no need to worry about it.  And if there is no solution, there is no point in being worried, because nothing can be done anyway.”

Seemingly simplistic but I often return to these two sentences when I find myself worrying about something.  It helps me simplify and diffuse the thing I’m worrying about and reassess how much control I really have over it.
